Attention East Stratford Residents:

The 2021 Annual Meeting for the East Stratford Communities (AB/CD/Residential) are rapidly approaching. There will be:
• (2) positions up for election to the Board of Directors within the East Stratford Residential Board.
• (2) positions available on the Board of Directors within the East Stratford A&B Board.
• (4) positions up for election within the East Stratford C&D Board, one seat will be a one -year term, one seat will be a two-year term & the other two will be for three-year terms.
Candidates are now being solicited. If you are interested in running for a seat, please reach out to Shannon Cook by July 15 to obtain and complete the appropriate candidacy form.

Due to earlier restrictions the regularly scheduled March meeting was postponed. At this time the Board plans to hold the 2021 Annual meeting on September 20 assuming no further restrictions are put into place by the State/Governor.

As a member of the Association, you may become a candidate for this election. To become a candidate, your assessment payments must be current and if applicable any rules violation assessments/infraction should be resolved. We encourage all who have a sincere desire to serve your community to get involved.

Biographies of nominees will be distributed with the Annual Meeting mailing.

Your participation in the operation of East Stratford Community Association is essential. With the dedicated involvement of every Owner, the Association is able to function in a manner that benefits the property and members of the Association.
