DESCRIPTION:UPDATE \nTuesday\, June 16 & Wednesday\, June 17 – A&B Parking Lot Project Postponed\nGood Afternoon East Stratford A&B\, \nPlease be advised the parking lot stenciling project scheduled for Tuesday\, June 17th (YELLOW) & Wednesday\, June 18th (PINK) are being postponed to the rain dates as noted below. \nThe work planned for Thursday\, June 19th (GREEN) is still scheduled as planned\, however\, depending on weather this may also be postponed to the rain date. \nPlease stay tuned for updates. \nA & B Re-Stencling Map \n\n\n\nDATES\nAFFECT ON PARKING\nTRAFFIC/PARKING INFORMATION\n\n\nYELLOW SECTION\nJune 24\, 2025\nNo parking from 8 AM- 4 PM in YELLOW section from 102 to 134 Shirley Square & in open spaces on Shadwell Terrace. \n**Note Shadwell will still be open but only accessible from the 200 Shirley Square side nearest 115/116 Shadwell Terrace.\nPlease remove vehicles by 8 AM to allow for access to all areas. \nYou may park at the pool parking lot OR in any “visitor spot” located in the other areas of the community not being worked on during your impacted times.\n\n\nPINK SECTION\nJune 25\, 2025\nNo parking from 8 AM- 4 PM in PINK section from 140 Shirley Square to 261 Shirley Square. \n**Note Cagney Terrace will be accessible.\nPlease remove vehicles by 8 AM to allow for access to all areas. \nYou may park at the pool parking lot OR in any “visitor spot” located in the other areas of the community not being worked on during your impact times.\n\n\nGREEN SECTION\nJune 19\, 2025Raindate: June 26\, 2025\nNo parking from 8 AM – 4 PM in GREEN section from 201 Shirley Square to 255 Shirely Square.\nPlease remove vehicles by 8 AM to allow for access to all areas. \nYou may park at the pool parking lot OR in any “visitor spot” located in the other areas of the community not being worked on during your impact times.\n\n\n\n**NOTE: Vehicles will need to be removed by 8 AM on your scheduled workday. Vehicles not removed will be subject to towing by the Association’s towing contractor AT THE EXPENSE OF THE HOMEOWNER. ANY VEHICLE THAT IS NOT REMOVED FROM THE COMMON AREA SPACES BY THE SCHEDULED TIME LISTED ABOVE WILL BE REMOVED AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. SHOULD YOUR VEHICLE BE TOWED YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT BATTLEFIELD TOWING AT 703-378-0059 TO RECOVER YOUR VEHICLE.
