DESCRIPTION:East Stratford kids are invited to one final Trick or Treat Parade around the lake on Sunday\, October 26\, 1-2 PM! \n \nCostumes are encouraged for kids\, adults\, and pets…even grandparents join in the fun. \n \nAssuming we’ll have enough volunteers to help\, neighbors are preparing for this final Halloween Parade. The tradition can continue when at least 4 volunteers re-create the Social Committee. \n \nThis event is for East Stratford children. \n \nRSVP here for kids who want treats\n \nPlease sign up by Friday\, October 24\, to help make sure we don’t run out of treats (and get tricked!). Children must bring a trick-or-treat bucket\, bag\, or pillowcase to collect treats from stations around the lake. \n \nVOLUNTEER here to help with the Parade\n \n\nQuestions? Attendees will be meeting in the parking lot at the East Stratford Pool. Included below is text from the Loudoun Invasive Removal Alliance (LIRA) website outlining the details of this event and a link for attendees to REGISTER. After being drawn to Loudoun because of the invasive Tree of Heaven\, the also invasive Spotted Lanternfly (SLF) then moves on to grapevines and fruit trees\, putting our farms and wineries in jeopardy.
