It’s time for our annual Community Yard Sale! Plan to sell your items from your front yard or garage on Saturday, Sunday, or both days.

Sellers: Contact Beth Gibney at EastStratfordSocial@gmail.com to add your address to the public marketing on yard sale sites. You will also need to do your own marketing and make signs. HOA-owned Yard Sale signs will be placed at the main entrance roads for each section of our neighborhood.

Sales are located off 5 main circles in Southeast Leesburg off Hope Parkway:

• Burnell Place to Park Gate Drive
• Whipp Drive
• Baish Drive to Rusert Drive to Ebaugh Drive
• 500 Sunset View Terrace

Yard Sales are rain or shine, on Saturday, Sunday, or both days. Each family decides what works for them.

SELLERS: Email EastStratfordSocial@gmail.com to register your sale for public advertising on yard sale websites and social media. Send photos of your hottest items. For this event to succeed, every seller must advertise on their own.
