Attention East Stratford Residents, 

As previously notified, the developers for Oaklawn/Keane Enterprises have proposed a Data Center to be built in the empty field adjacent to Stratford Club Condominium (Oaklawn Landbay A). Here is a flyer with details related to the current proposal. 

In attempting to assure your voices are heard and allow owners the opportunity to speak directly with representatives for this project the Board has scheduled a meeting on June 26, 2024 at 6:30 PM where Oaklawn representatives will be present to review the proposed project and answer any questions that owners may have.

The meeting will be held at the community clubhouse, 301 Whipp Drive, Leesburg VA 20175.  All are encouraged and welcome to attend. 

The Board has also created the created this petition for owners to complete and send back to management by June 25, 2024.  All submissions will be sent to Mayor Burke & the Leesburg Town Council, following the special meeting to assure they are aware of those who are not in favor of the proposed project.  

Board members may be visiting your home in the coming weeks to encourage attendance and obtain signed petitions for those who may not be able to attend.
