The Loudoun Kitchen & Bar Delivery Night – Wednesday, March 10th

Restaurant Nights continue – a series of 2021 winter events hosted by the East Stratford Social Committee.   We enjoy delicious food delivered to our doors as we support neighbor-owned restaurants!

The Loudoun Kitchen & Bar will offer FREE, no-contact delivery to our homes on March 10 between 12-1 PM and 5-6 PM. We can also use DoorDash and Grubhub outside those hours, but the usual deliver fees apply. *They have created the free delivery options just for our event!

Please note: This event is not a request or an endorsement of the product by the East Stratford HOA. Purchases from restaurants/ food truck businesses are made at your own risk.  We all want to remain safe within the guidelines provided by officials and are therefore making clear requests below on how to make food purchases at this time.

The Social Committee has coordinated a plan and advertising for food delivery as a convenience for residents – and an exciting distraction. Please use your best judgement when deciding if public food service is the right choice for your family at this time.

3. Pre-ordering for FREE delivery in REQUIRED: Call to order from NOW until March 9, (703) 443-0777.

4. Payment: Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. You must mention “I’m with the East Stratford group” to be part of the free delivery drop off between 12-1 PM or 5-6 PM.

6. What time is food delivered? Free delivery by the restaurant is between 12-1pm (lunch) and 5-6pm (dinner). DoorDash and GrubHub work separately, please follow their guidelines for delivery time.

7. Got dietary needs? Lettuce wraps (steak & chicken) and salad (without croutons) are gluten free. Call to inquire about other needs.

8. COVID-19:Their businesses are following strict rules due to COVID-19 and are following CDC and VDH guidelines and regulations.

10. Ordering online is possible with DoorDash and Grubhub, but all delivery fees will be applied.  Delivery is only free if you call the restaurant.
