Please note that the next East Stratford C&D Board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026. The meeting begins at 6:30 PM & will be held via ZOOM. Tick Treatment & Weed Control ApplicationTick Treatment & Weed Control Application

Premier Turf & Landscaping & TruGreen will be conducting the 1st round of flea & tick treatments as well as applying a weed control application in all common areas on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, weather permitting. It is recommended to remain off the turf for 48 hours following these treatments.

The 2026 pool season will begin on May 23rd. The pool opens at 11:30 AM.

In order to gain access to the pool, you MUST be registered for the MOKO portal, prior to May 20, 2026. Here are the updated 2026 pool & facility rules, which are also available on the East Stratford website.

Architectural Maintenance Inspections

Please take note that Sequoia Management will begin the Annual Architectural Inspections in the next few weeks. Please make sure to address any exterior items that may need attention in order to avoid receiving a violation notice. Some common items we look for are posted below. Please note this list is not all inclusive, and additional items may be cited if they are not in compliance with the Communities Architectural Guidelines/Standards.

  • Lawn Maintenance: Overgrown lawns, weeds in lawns and landscape beds, dead or dying bushes, trees, and plants
  • Paint: Chipping, peeling, bubbling or fading of paint on trim, shutters and front doors.
  • Miscellaneous Items: Public view storage of trash cans, recycling bins and miscellaneous items such as newspapers, garden tools, children’s toys, etc.
  • Repairs: Items in need of repair such as removal of mold/dirt from roof; rotted wood trim; broken fences, gates or boards; missing or damaged shutters; etc.
  • Maintenance: Items in need of maintenance such as yard work, deck and fence stain, cleaning of steps, fences, mailboxes etc.

Upon receipt of a violation notice, please reach out to management if additional information is needed OR an extension to correct the items cited is required.
